When you choose Surgicorp for your scissors sharpening, repairs, or annual service, we send it back to the factory to be sharpened by the person who in addition is a professional sharpener but also knows how to make scissors. Our aim is to get your scissors back to the original factory condition you bought them in. We recommend your Surgicorp scissors should be serviced every year during normal use.
We normally expect your sharpened scissors to be back with you within 14 days of you posting them to us.
During checkout, kindly add notes about your scissors to the “order notes” section. Add details of any issues you may be experiencing with your scissors, for example, you may have dropped them or they are not cutting at the tips. Once your payment has completed, print your email invoice and place together with your scissors in your secure padded envelope. You must include invoice so we can book your scissors into our service department quickly, failure to add your invoice will slow down your service.
Send the scissor securely packaged, we recommend the original scissor case or packed in heavy grade cardboard folded over to protect your scissors. Please ensure that you return this in a padded envelope for added protection. Please ensure the parcel is returned as a tracked delivery and keep the tracking number in your possession. If it is not sent via this method and subsequently lost we will not issue a replacement.
